hy

i'm new and i dont know how to use rsdlite...i have a v360 and i want to flash it....but rsdlite dont see my phone...why??i had instaled p2k drivers 2.9 ... because i installed some skins...i changed the usb port but it doesn't works...why??and if i enter bootload screen and i connect the usb te pc tell me that is an unknown device...and i don't know what driver to install ... pls help me:((
